At Jason’s Repair and Performance, we are Powerstroke Diesel Repair Specialists for Ford diesel engines.
We service Ford diesel engines starting with the early 6.9L, 7.3L indirect injection engines, to the Powerstroke line of 7.3L, 6.0L, 6.4L, 6.7L engines. We have years of experience in correcting the issues with the Ford Powerstroke 6.0L and 6.4L diesel engines.
Contrary to popular belief these engines are not “lemons” or any of the million other names for the 6.0L and 6.4L that we have heard !!!
Everyone has their own “opinion” on how to repair, bulletproof, delete or whatever to fix all the problems. We deal with the facts. Some common problems we have found to be attributed to how they were originally manufactured. Common issues include torque to yield head bolts or studs, MLS gaskets, High-Pressure Oil Pump systems, Oil Coolers, and EGR Cooler issues, to name a few.
These common issues we have successfully repaired and or upgraded which will greatly increase the life cycle and reliability of your Powerstroke diesel engine. We have proven method and rock solid tested packages that just WORK.

Jason and Luke and the guys at Jason's Repair and Performance are top shelf! I'm from Maine and had my truck towed to coopersburg kenworth with a blown turbo. Kenworth couldn't do the job so I had it towed to Jason's. I had the parts they replaced the turbo and charged air cooler and found that I had a much bigger problem, I needed a complete in frame rebuild. Their incredible customer service and professionalism are second to none. They stayed in constant contact through the entire process and as soon as it was done I was back on the road. The motor is stronger now than it ever was from the factory! I would recommend them for any and all motor work. They are all a class act!
